Madsen Roofing & Waterproofing, Inc. was organized by Peter C.B. Madsen in 1987. Peter sought to elevate the Northern California commercial roofing industry's level of professionalism and responsiveness. Following Peter's retirement, Christian Madsen, who has been with the company from its formation, became Madsen's president and majority shareholder. With Peter's daughter Rosemary Reynolds providing administrative support as a shareholder, the company has retained its family-owned character. Under Christian's leadership, Madsen continues its tradition of setting the industry standard for superior workmanship and responsive customer service, while innovating in new and exciting directions.
Over the years, Madsen Roofing & Waterproofing, Inc. has grown with the support of a dedicated and well-trained staff—and quality and safety continues to be the number one priority.
